You can submit your work through our form.

Form

1

Word limits

Currently, our work is published exclusively on our website and Instagram. We do not impose word limits, giving writers the freedom to explore their creativity without restriction. Sage Lab encourages originality, depth, and fearless storytelling in every form. And all genres are welcome.

2

Writer's statement

We accompany each writer's work with a personal statement that reflects their unique voice and perspective. This statement offers insight into the writer's thoughts—why they wrote the piece, what inspired them, and the message they hope to share. It’s not just about the content; it’s about the story behind it. These reflections help readers connect more deeply with the writing and the writer, fostering a more personal and meaningful literary experience.

3

Editing

To ensure clarity and cohesion across our publications, we may also recommend stylistic changes to submissions where necessary. These suggestions are made with respect to the writer's voice and aim to enhance consistency and readability while honoring the authenticity of the piece.

4

AI

At Sage Lab, we are committed to showcasing authentic and original human creativity. As such, we do not accept AI-generated content, including visual artwork, to ensure that the integrity of human expression remains at the core of our platform. Exceptions may be considered only in the case of video projects where AI is used as a tool to support a broader artistic vision, and even then, submissions must clearly disclose the use of AI. Our goal is to honor the individuality and craftsmanship of every creator who contributes to Sage Lab.

5

Misleading speech

To control misleading speech, we try to differentiate between fact and personal words, which makes easier to recognize between truth and beliefs. This makes a person to be known of correct statements without hampering individual's freedom.

Fact vs Belief framework

The Sage Lab, we are deeply committed to absolute freedom of speech and expression. However, with that freedom comes a responsibility: ensuring that our platform is not used to spread hate or misinformation.

To address this challenge, we’ve developed a thoughtful approach that empowers readers to think critically. We ask our writers to clearly distinguish between factual information and personal beliefs or opinions. This is done by explicitly labeling statements—clarifying what is fact and what is interpretation or belief.

With a creative yet responsible approach to writing, contributors can maintain the integrity of their ideas while helping readers navigate complex issues. This method ensures that freedom of expression is preserved without presenting personal or unverified claims as universal truths.

In doing so, we uphold a space where truth, creativity and open dialogue can coexist meaningfully.
